Mr. Thomas Lopez
Technology and Corporate Advisor

Mr. Lopez has over twenty years of experience in conceiving new businesses, developing business plans, raising capital, strategic planning, business planning, team formation, leadership development, marketing and creating liquidity events for investors. In 1984, Mr. Lopez founded Cytation, Inc., the first developer of CD-ROM applications. In 1985, Cytation was sold to Microsoft Corporation, and Mr. Lopez became Vice President of the CD-ROM Division of Microsoft reporting to Microsoft Chairman and CEO, Bill Gates. In 1988, he co-founded and raised capital for Mammoth MicroProductions. In its early stages Mammoth developed CD-ROM multimedia subsystems on an OEM basis for Sony Corporation, Fujitsu, LTD., JVC, Olivetti and IBM Corporation. In 1991, Mr. Lopez and his partners moved the company into multi-media content, developing the first interactive magazine. In 1994 Mammoth was sold to The Washington Post Company.
