The Importance of User Training

Proper user training is the cornerstone of any successful project. Compressus offers several different training packages and training styles. Training is performed at the customer site to reduce staff travel costs. We work with our customers to put together a training program for all staff and offer product coaching during go-live and follow-up training after.

We have a committed and experienced staff, thoroughly trained in healthcare-IT, system design, deployment, servicing, training, and continued optimization. Aside from regular in-house training on our MEDxConnect Product Line, our staff receives on-going training in FDA, HIPAA and HITECH policies and regulations.

We have industry experts in project management, workflow analysis, system architecture and engineering, quality assurance and on-site support. We rotate our training staff into quality assurance, system, and end-user training, allowing for constant improvement of their skills.
