Outpatient Imaging Affiliates goes live with MEDxConnect™ v4

Washington, DC, October 31, 2013–We are pleased to announce that Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) has become the first of our existing customers to go live on our new MEDxConnect™ Version 4 platform. OIA is a leading-edge and highly-regarded diagnostic imaging provider with imaging centers located throughout the United States. OIA centers range from single to full-modality facilities offering PET, MR, CT, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine and X-ray procedures.

OIA has had a long and successful relationship with Compressus, and has been a user of MEDxConnect since 2011. Version 4 delivers to OIA enhanced analytic capabilities, improved scalability and an easily customizable workflow. OIA’s decision to move ahead as an early adopter of Version 4 derives from their recognition of the benefits to be realized from the enhanced functionality and features delivered with the new release.

“This new version of Compressus’ MEDxConnect software provides us with the enterprise wide scalability that we need to support our corporate goals,” said Jeff Tumbleson, CIO at Outpatient Imaging Affiliates.

“This successful installation is an important event for our Company, with our new platform now in full productive use by a recognized leader in a key segment of the healthcare industry,” said John Macfarlane, CEO at Compressus, “We salute and congratulate our friends at OIA on this milestone.”
